Haramara Yoga Retreat 2025!
Sayulita, Mexico
March 1-8, 2025
Join me for another all-inclusive 7-night retreat at the beautiful Top 10 Eco Resort Haramara Retreat in Sayulita, Mexico. You will arrive for dinner the evening of the 1th and depart after breakfast the morning of the 8th. All rates include accommodation, 3 truly exceptional and locally sourced, organic meals per day, lots of yoga, private beach, and secluded infinity pool and hot tub.
We will begin each morning with a strong 2 hour in-depth vinyasa practice and end each evening with an hour of guided myofacial release and trigger point therapy, and restorative yoga before dinner. Of course, all yoga is optional! You will have the rest of the day free to swim in the ocean, go on an excursion (surfing, snorkeling, whale watching, hiking), get a massage at the onsite wellness center, or simply relax. The massage and body work providers at Haramara are in high demand and coveted spots go quickly upon arrival.
The culturally rich town of Sayulita is a 20 minute stroll from the retreat, offering beach-side dining, surfing, amazing shopping and more.
Last trip we arranged multiple optional group excursions including snorkeling, whale watching and zip lining, and surfing lessons. We will be doing these and more this year!
*The morning yoga class is geared towards a regularly-practicing student, however, it would be easy for a beginner to modify and participate.
Spots are limited and this year will sell out quickly.
